Description

BCRR stands for the Bucks County Roadrunners Club of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are dedicated to wellness, camaraderie, and support in the sport of recreational and competitive running. The club has 300+ members that participate in local, national, and international running races. We also get together for training runs and sometimes even social events! Check out our club website at http://www.bcrr.info/ for more information and local running news.

The club's signature event is the Winter Series races held at Tyler State Park, Newtown, PA. Rules and schedules are posted on the website as the information becomes available.

Members of the club are eligible to participate in the Roadrunners’ sponsored activities, including monthly meetings, annual summer picnic, the Winter Series runs and banquet, and other special running and social events related to the interests of its members.

The Bucks County Roadrunners Club has been a dynamic force of the Delaware Valley running scene since 1978. The success and longevity of the club are the direct result of the dedication and commitment of its members. Whether you run 5 miles a week or 50, we hope that you will become an active member of the Roadrunners by volunteering your time to help with at least one club-sponsored event each year. No special skills are needed and any help you can give will be welcomed!

If you are not yet a member of the Bucks County Roadrunners Club, check out our website or feel free to participate in our Yahoo! group. See you on the trail!

Re: Lawrenceville School Track
I used to do all my winter speed work indoors but I am leaning towards doing this at CR South with a headlamp. My schedule calls for me to do 3 X 1600m at 5K
