IMDb.com has no record of him on Power Rangers, but I tried a seacrh engine and
found that he was used as an extra during Power Rangers, but it didn't say what

By today's standards, Deleon would be called a "guest star", so the
whole "starring on PR" bit isn't totally wacky. Just blown WAY out of
proportion.
