The Front Office...Much has been said about the CBS and than Showtime movie "The
Reagan's"....I flatly refused to watch it....To do an attack movie on a dying
President and his wife who cares for his every need is simply evil...Liberals
really don't want conservatives to have a hero to look to....They had FDR - Who
I think did some real good things for this country - But we have a double
standard for some reason....I have been working in politics since I was 8
helping my Dad hand out NIXON literature at the polls..But President Reagan was
the first Presidential election I could vote in...The more I heard this former
actor speak the more I liked him....He did not just want to
exists with communist - He wanted to defeat them..AND HE DID.....Even former
Soviets agree that Reagan pushed the Soviet Union to fall....Ths man rebuilt our
military and made it the greatest in the history of the world...He started the
longest peace time recovery in history..He restored dignity back to the
Presidency...Of course he had some policies that did not work as well as he
would have liked..But he said we he meant...And meant What He Said.....He spoke
with the Nation like a family member....He is the greatest President since FDR
and he actually voted for FDR....I am proud to have voted for him twice..I am
proud to have met him in Richmond,VA and shake his hand...I am proud he was our
President....The Country was blessed because he was President...So Let's win one
more for the Gipper and continue the good fight against evil...And let's Pray
for Ronald and Nancy Reagan..GodSpeed!! And that's my opine.... ~ To my buddy
