Re: [Astros] ASTROS - 2003

Shaky pitching....I think we've run the minor league pitching well, dry and
empty. If Lugo and Doggie step up then maybe that will overcompensate for
the shaky pitching. IMHO.

Go O's Bros, Blum's Blondes and Ausmus Angels,

Been so long since I posted, I almost forgot how. How does everybody
feel about the Astros chances in '03. I'm optimistic. If Miller and
Oswalt do their usual thing, Reynolds comes back to his usual .500
form and another pitcher like Saarloos can step up (and I think he
can) and with the addition of Kent, I think the Astros have a good
shot at the Central this year. Anybody else?

I'm excited about our season. Kent is a great addition, and the Cards have no pitching comparatively. The Cubs will fold as usual, and the division will be...

Has anyone been inside the Park yet. How was it? I've driven by it dozens of time but haven't been inside yet. The outside is gorgeous. Maybe, this season...

Shawn, I have heard some criticism, but we (my family and myself) find it a wonderful place to enjoy the game. We have sat in a number of different areas, and...

I guess all the years of rooting for the Astros have made me skeptical. The injury to Hernandez is upsetting, of course, but their pitching could still be...

Hi Ken, thanks for sharing your experience and advice on the seating. What kind of criticisms have you heard about the ole ballpark? I read on Astros.com that...

Shawn, Really, about the only criticism that I've heard is that it's somewhat antiseptic, not "real" enough. But I don't really buy into that. I think you'll...
