Yeah, that really stinks. I usually run the Rock and Roll half in Virginia Beach the week before the Blue Ridge Relay. There are 80 teams signed up already this year according to my team captain. It should be a fun race.

I did enjoy running it when I did it 2 years ago ... I was also able to do the Half the following week. Curse the C-T for changing the weekend of the Half.

Yes, the second day of the Blue Ridge Relay and the half marathon coincide. If you have never ran the Blue Ridge Relay it is so much fun. Last year was my last year and I captained a team. This year I convinced one of my team mates from last year to captain.
