My captain for the Blue Ridge Relay is looking for 4 female runners who run at a
7:30 to 8:00 minute per mile pace. We have 6 male runners and 2 female runners
and would like to have a full team of 12 runners and be able to enter the mixed

I did enjoy running it when I did it 2 years ago ... I was also able to do the Half the following week. Curse the C-T for changing the weekend of the Half. ......

Yeah, that really stinks.  I usually run the Rock and Roll half in Virginia Beach the week before the Blue Ridge Relay. There are 80 teams signed up already...

Unfortunately the way the relay works is that you'll be running three legs at three different times and the organizers are pretty adamant that you go in order....
