I don't have any experience with two of the races but I have run the
Reggae 5k before. The Rutherford race advertises itself as "FLAT,
FAST, & PRETTY 5K RUN" but I couldn't find any past results. Maybe
it's first year?? Same with the Mountain Medley. One disadvantage,
maybe is that it is a combined 5K and 10 mile. However, it does run
around a lake so you would think it would have to be flattish!

From past experience I can tell you that the Reggae 5K seems to have
good times and is relatively flat. The top three places last year
were 16:08, 16:31, and 17:10. As you can maybe guess from the name of
the race it is somewhat loosely organized (the race started about
twenty minutes late last year). This was no problem for me and added
to the appeal. The atmosphere is very fun and I liked actually tie
dying the race T-shirt after the race was done. I vote for the Reggae
5K.
