Hey everyone,

I am fostering a dog in West Asheville that would love to have a runner as an
owner. She is a beautiful boxer mix that was found wandering in the road off of
highway 9.

She was starved almost to death and has a huge gash around her neck from a
collar that had embedded into it because it was way too tight.

I am in the process of getting her healthy; she's on antibiotics for the gash
and for kennel cough but she goes in for a vet appointment next week.

So far she is a love bug. A little protective of her food (not surprising
because she's still emaciated) but other than that she loves her new humans.

She would be best suited in a single (no kids) household. Preferably with a
female as she is skiddish around men. I just want her to go to a home where the
owner will not be working all the time and can give her the exercise she needs.
