The winded experience you are having after Shamrock is not normal so I would
report this to your personal physician just to be on the safe side.

A couple of years ago I did experience similar symptoms and it turned out to be
exercise-induced asthma...not unusual after a very cold weather race. That
could be your problem too. If so that is very treatable. Again check with your
physician.
