I am glad you found the ATC website and the message board. Welcome.
On the ATC website there is a link to Group Runs which we are
currently in the process of updating. However, I can think of one
group which sounds like a good match. There are a group of us who
meet at the NC Arboretum on Sunday mornings for a sicty to ninety
minute run. All different paces are welcome and we make sure that no
one gets left behind!
