The Bethel 1/2M is this Saturday morning.  I'm using it as a long training run.  Supposed to be a pretty route.

Don't forget the ATC has group trail runs at Bent Creek every Sunday morning. Runners of all running speeds are welcome to join in and its a good way to learn...
