I was real happy with the turnout and the overall vibe of the ride
today. About 30 people at the peak of the ride, various states of
nudity, lots of smiles and bells ringing, people were real supportive
I thought. Great weather, we ran into a cop and I was expecting an
escort at that time and then she was gone, we saw her later, but only
for a moment during our photo op. The funny part was, at the end of
the ride, it took like 5 places before we found a location that was
open and sold pitchers of beer.
Thanks for all those that showed up, it gave me hope for freaky bike
culture in asheville. next up summer solstice ride, details to follow.
