Hi folks,
 
Will anyone (else slow) be venturing out into what sounds like wonderful weather to run this evening? I thought I might make a (rare) appearance, but would love to have some company.

Hi Josh I plan to run out of Fitness First tonight. I am going to do a double loop, so I dont plan on being speedy. Not sure if I will do the second loop...
