Mike is not an OB, but he has seen me - a once avid runner - through the last 8.5 months of my pregnancy.  But if since this is your second pregnancy, you probably have far more advice for him than he could possibly have for you.

Hi there, Just to let you know that a few of us SRR women will do a long run at 9:30am starting at Fitness First. We will do somewhere from 8 ~ 18 miles....
