counterfeit. It is not likely an RFI tag, because that would make the
money too expensive to make, and RFI tags are too large to hide in a
piece of paper. Yes, there are so-called "smart cards" that have a
microchip in them, which is plainly visible. In any case, RFI tags and
smart cards have to be within a few inches of sensors to read them.
There aren't going to be police helicopters that can scan vehicles to
count the money.

Yes, police check ID, registration and insurance whenever they make a
traffic stop, but they still can't just stop anyone and everyone.

Yes, civil rights in this country have been under constant erosive
attack since before the ink was dry on the constitution. This is why
it is good to be vigilant. But this is taking things to the level of
