Yes -- when speaking of businesses. But I'll go farther.

My position, as I said when I was running for Congress in '04, is
"Anytime
you are deprived of the means of self defense, which is a basic civil
right,
the GOVERNMENT assumes an absolute liability for your safety."

Some liberal said, "That means we'd have to assign a police officer to
guard
each citizen! That's rediculous!"

And I said, "No. Allowing for 24-7 coverage, 40 hour shifts, vacation,
sick
time, and mandatory training sessions, you'd have to assign FIVE police
officers to each citizen. If you think that's impractical, I have a
solution -- stop violating the Constitution."
