It's my personal opinion that in ANY location where the possession of
a firearm or other defensive weapon is prohibited that the location be
100% accountable for protecting all persons inside. By denying a
person the right to defend him/herself you are accepting the
responsibility for the safety of that person from all hostile threats,
and as such you should provide adequate protection.
