So he shows up in paradise, and as soon as he gets there, George
Washington jumps his ass, along with Thomas Jefferson, Robert E. Lee
and his old man "Lighthorse" Harry Lee, and a bunch of other guys
lining up to kick the sh!t out of him. "Allah!" he cries, "Where are
