In my opinion Boggs should have been suspended indefinitely. Every time his suspensions are up he is into something else that is either questionable or illegal. I think people like that are just bad for the industry.

Yeah, I read that. It does sound like Boggs is using the stableman's lien avenue to sell the stallion. Not letting the partnership know well ahead of time is problematic and questionable ethically, IMO, but I read Boggs has done this before, and I know they've been in trouble before. However, I am not comfortable with Fugly's whole judgmental dialogue either. Lots of mud slinging and dirty linen aired on this one.
