The reason you may have thought 'twin' is that they have competed as synchro divers and received medals in that event as well. They may have been in one of the Olympics as a synchro team?

I don't know for sure who is older, Troy or Justin -but I'm almost sure they were in the 2004 Olympics in Athens as a synchro diving team. I've got some VHS...
