Craig Ellis, a member of my dojo (Brisbane area) has made some of the small
benches for sitting in seiza. They are made out of pine and are racing out
the door for the price of $25 each. He doesn't have internet access so if
you wish to enquire about the benches you can contact me (off list) and I'll
