Guidelines for this group's content? This group is about AFRICAN bodybuilders, unknown, ignored, hard-working men, who pay their hard work dues at the gym or in their backyards, developing themselves without the advantages Americans or Europeans have.

The group is also about Africans in the United States, many of whom are also excellent bodybuilders. We'd love to have anyone, regardless of geographic location, background, bodybuilding experience, etc. join this group. But it is primarily about AFRICAN BODYBUILDERS IN AFRICA.

The photo to the right is of Nigerian bodybuilder Moses Ajala, currently living in Oakland, California. Moses gets better and better every year, thicker and more defined with every new competition. He puts to shame most younger bodybuilders. In March 2013, he will be 55 years old. Shortly after this photo shoot -- which took place in February 2013 -- he will be competing in the Arnold.
