74" waterproof t/o with one rip that is easily repairable. I do have
to wash it though and will before sale (probably tonight). the only
other thing wrong is my mare tore off the clasps to the leg
surcingles, but the straps and hardware are still there and you can
easily put a clip on.

Here is a pic of what it looks like but mine is maroon with black
trim.
