ADNA PRESENTATION DINNER/DANCE SEASON 2008-09

HAVE YOUR SAY

This year we would like to give recognition to people within ADNA who
have been nominated and voted for by its members. What we are
looking for at this stage is nominations for the following categories:

1) Coach of the Year
2) Umpire of the Year (not from your own team)
3) Volunteer of the Year
4) Lifetime Member Award

Please can you email your nominations to either Fiona -
fiona.browning@... or Carol – carolsinger005@... Your
nominations should include why you are nominating this person and by
whom.

The closing date for entries is Friday 27th February 2009. The
nominations will then be reviewed and short listed by a panel of ADNA
committee members. The short list will be issued on the E Group for
members to vote – voting instructions and closing date for votes will
be issued at that time.
