Hi Guys,

It has been drawn to my attention that NS have sent out different affiliation forms/info to some Clubs than we have on our shared files for Registration night.

This is as a result of NS not contacting myself as District Secretary, despite repeated requests year on year, with up to date information so I used my iniatitive and downloaded the required forms from their website. 

After discussion with the rest of the Exec. we have decided to accept both types of forms and will send a covering note explaining to NS why there are different forms.  The forms on shared files are entirely suitable for their purpose, and as they are on the website are obviously acceptable and meant for use by NS members and therefore perfectly acceptable.
