Hello AYSO Volunteers;

 

Sectional Conference is being held at Marriott Lincolnshire Hotel on Feb. 27 and Feb. 28.   At the Sectional we offer a program named Kids Zone for the children who are accompanying their parents to the conference.  This room is run by AYSO Volunteers both days we offer the program.  

 

I am emailing Area A RC to kindly see if anyone in the region could please volunteer for 2 to 3 hour time slots.  We are working on having 2 adults per time slot and a few teenagers that offer to help as well. 

 

Crafts, ideas, movies and games are all supplied in the room when you arrive.  We need the volunteers to supervise the children as well as keep them busy while they are in Kids Zone.

 

Hours we are looking for help are:

 

Friday Hours are 3pm to 9:15pm all children need to be picked up from the room

 

3:00-5:00

 

3:00- 6:00

 

6:00- close

 

 

 

Saturday Hours are 8am till Noon and 1:15 till 6:30

 

8:00 - 10am

 

10am- Noon

 

1:15- 3:15

 

3:15- 5:15

 

5:15- 6:30

 

 

Times can be fixed to match classes you are planning on attending as well.  I would just need to know what time you would arrive and what time you would need to leave.  I appreciate even if you have an hour to volunteer would help out greatly.
