What should the referee do and how is play restarted, if...

1.  The blue team's goalkeeper miskicks a goal kick, which comes to a stop next to the penalty mark. A red team player quickly runs into the penalty area and kicks the ball directly into the goal. The blue team goalkeeper then violently strikes the red team kicker inside the penalty area.

2.  An indirect free kick is awarded to the red team seven yards in front of the blue team's goal. The ball is quickly placed legally for the kick by a red team player and the referee signals for the kick to be taken. Before the ball is kicked, the blue team goalkeeper violently strikes a red team player who is standing beside him on the goal line between the goal posts.

3.  A penalty kick is awarded to the red team. The blue team's goalkeeper saves the resulting penalty kick shot and then violently throws the ball at the red team kicker who is still inside the penalty area striking him in the face.

4.  During play, a jolly old fat man with a long grey beard and a bright red suit lands his sleigh in the middle of the field and wants to hand out presents to all the good little boys and girls.
