We have been assigned slot 64
Be there by 1:45, the parade starts at 2 pm.
Under 12 year olds are invited with a parent to join the parade.
Mr. Adams has brought candy for the kids to hand out, will have two vehicles for caring drinks and the extra candy for handing out.
Division Coordinators, can you pass this onto your coaches.

PARADE
When: Sunday, July 6th 1:45-3:30, parade begins at 2pm (need to set up at 1:45 pm at slot 64 at McKinley and Prospect Sts intersection)
Where: McKinley and Prospect Sts intersection, Parade Route to Mund High School
What to wear: AYSO Jerseys, Coach or Referee shirts, Buddy shirts, Favorite team shirt, sneakers (no sandals!), comfy walking clothes
What to bring: water bottle, wagon or stroller if need to carry items or children
How: Arrive at McKinley and Prospect where the parade directors will have specific float #s, Sign in with AYSO Parade Coordinators at AYSO site, stay with AYSO group through entire parade (youth cannot leave the parade route) Under 12 year olds are invited with a parent to join the parade, meet parents/pickups at Kirk of the Lakes church lot just west of Mundelein High School after parade route is finished

1. AYSO slot is 64. If we don't have a float to judge, I wouldn't worry about having kids show up before 1:45.
2. Lots of water - it's supposed to be 85 on Sunday.
3. Candy is bought - I'll bag up 50 for AYSO kids and another 50-75 for them to pass out.
I'd suggest keeping 1/2 in reserve until you get past Rt 45.
