AYSO Region 372 is sponsoring a VIP Training Program

for Coaches, Referees and Senior Youth Volunteers

(1) VIP Coach/Referee Certified Course 9:30 am -12 pm

(2) Lunch Break 12-12:30 pm (Lunch will be ordered in from RSVP count)

(3) Networking Meeting for VIP Volunteers 12:30-2 pm

The VIP Coach/Referee volunteer Certification training will include a practical and upbeat presentation of the AYSO Very Important Player program model, program development strategies, and VIP Player interventions.  Handouts, overheads, activities and discussion will be used to supplement the instruction.  The Mundelein Area VIP program and ‘lessons learned along the way’, in addition to contributions from attendants, will be used as examples. 

 

A facilitated Networking Meeting for Area VIP Volunteers will be offered after Lunch, with a Discussion Guide generated by the participating regions.

 

All interested AYSO or community volunteers are invited to attend.

DONATIONS are requested to offset training program costs.  Surplus contributions will be allocated to the AYSO 372 VIP program for Scholarships, Section Tournament costs and Parade participation.
