I am only too happy to send a few e-mails off across the States.

I shall also make prospective new subscribers as aware as possible of the good will, of subscribers to date, to be moderate in their language, aware of the necessity to be courteous and whilst not wishing to stifle freedom of speech the forum should, under no circumstances, be used for direct personal attack.

E-mail is a difficult medium to express emotion and often forums are seen as a cathartic release.  We will, hopefully, have a varied audience of subscribers in time and whilst one generation will see etiquette in one light we should be prepared for the views of changing times and be aware that the youth of today may view e-mail and such forums with different eyes. 

Let’s all just go gently along and lead by example.
