G'Day All,

Just a quick one to say that little Evie Evangeline Bassett was born today at 1:15am via emergency ceasar.

Evie weighed in at 7lb 13oz (3.545kg) and measured 35.5cm head circumfrance.  Although the hospital don't technically measure the baby's length, we measured 52cm.  Evie has lovely red hair.

Mother is recovering well and baby is doing great.  Dad (and mum) are over the moon (but tired).

Sorry for the generic email to all but I thought this better than missing someone out.
