I have put a number of new documents on the ACA web site today. They are:

1) An amended Member Protection Policy (MPP), which comes into effect
on 1 June 2008

2) A revised version of the draw and seeding procedures for national
tournaments.

3) The report from the review of national AC formats, and the
recmommendations, all of which were adopted by the ACA Executive.

4) The review document includes a new way of tie-breaking within and
across blocks which will replace the existing "net points". That
method, Block Performance Rating (BPR), is also documented.
