Practice against someone who has good serves. A couple of points that may help you:

 

1.       Only pay attention to what direction the paddle is moving at the point of contact, not during the swing. This takes some practice.

2.       Relax your grip when returning spinny serves.

3.       Take a half a step back away from the table if the serves are long enough, contact the ball a little later, let some of the spin deteriorate.

4.       If you don’t have access to another player but have a table, practice your own serves as it will help you understand the spin of other players.
