Hello All, I am a relatively new member with some
questions regarding gyms.<br>I am looking for a "gay
friendly" gym where I can work out. I am interested in
aerobics 4-6 times a week and weight/strength training 2-3
times a week. (I may even give myself the gift of a
personal trainer for a month or so..not sure yet.)<br>I
was exercising regularly and kind of plateaued back
in September but after the attacks, I stopped. It's
time to start up again.<br>I'm NOT looking for a
cruisey gym, (I know that'll happen anyway) just a place
to go where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and
helpful.<br>Any suggestions a/o experiences you can relate here
will be truly appreciated.<br>Thanks, Fred
