Austin Yoga School, 1122-C South Lamar One block south of Barton Springs, in the
parking lot with Suzi's Chinese Kitchen.
1:00pm Foundations A gentle Hatha class, teaching a full set of classical yoga
postures, adaptable to any fitness or flexibility level.
2:30pm Power YOGAy An Intro* Vinyasa Flow Class. This vigorous traditional style
links postures in a flowing sequence with breath. Build flexibility, strength,
and endurance with a challenging full-body cardiovascular workout that develops
at your pace! You can also use Vinyasa techniques to warm up, stretch, and cool
down for any athletic activity. * If you’re totally new to yoga, we recommend
you prepare by taking the gentle Foundations class at 1pm.
