Subject: HOTT league organizational meeting

Remeber, our organizational meeting for the new Wednesday night league will
be tomorrow night, September 3, at 7:00 PM at the meeting room at Showplace
Lanes, ! 35 at Rundberg. If you intend to bowl in this league, please attend
the
meeting. The meeting will be to elect officers and set the league rules. We
need to get as accurate a count as possible on the number of teams, each team
consisting of 3 bowlers. We will begin bowling on Wednesday, September 10,
at 7:00 PM. Hope all of you will join us in starting up this new league.

Remember, as an added incentive for your attendance, we will be selling
raffle tickets, $! for a strip of 5 tickets, $5 for six strips of 5 tickets, and
$10 for twelve strips of 5 tickets. The raffle prize will be a certificate good
for a free year of bowlng at Showplace Lanes. Yes, you do need to join the
new league to buy raffle tickets and be eligible!

Hope to see all of you tomorrow night. I think we will be able to have a
good fun group and we should be finished each night with bowling by around
8:30-9:00. And yes, we will be able to start bowling each week precisely at
7:00-
the center manager has promised me this!
