Daylight savings has begun! Hope everyone got their clocks readjusted.
This week in Austin - Softball update, Rugby Scrimmage, Bowling continuting, and
more.
Softball is in full swing. This season with 3 teams we almost have our own
league, the Austin Bat Boys (3-0), The Big Bad Woofs (2-1), and the newest team
the Southern Stars (0-3). The Southern stars have a very promising future and
are starting out where all new teams start. We welcome any and all fans to come
and enjoy a relaxing Thursday evening cheering on your teams. We play at Kreig
Field 9, located at 517 S. Pleasant Valley Rd. There is a link to a map on the
website under softball, along with the schedule. If you are interested in
playing, please join us at Practice on Sunday afternoon 5:00pm, Kreig Field 8.

The Austin Gamblers Bowling League is still in full swing. The bowlers gather
at Dart Lanes on Tuesday Evenings at 8:30. Come on out and pick up a spare or
two. Be on the lookout for more information about their bowling tournament
being held in June. For more information visit www.hottonline.org.
Changes are on the way for AGSR.org - a new logo is in the works and some
significant web revisions are underway. I hope you like the changes. Please
let me know if there's any groups that I have missed, or if you need any help
getting the word out about your group's activities.
