Help Project Transitions continue to serve the Austin AIDS community,
and start your New Year by learning a powerful, transformative style of
yoga that simultaneously builds strength, endurance, and flexibility.
This four week workshop is appropriate for all students regardless of
prior yoga experience, and offers a challenging workout. This class
will teach you the basics of the powerful, traditional form of yoga on
which 'Power' yoga classes are based.
Ashtanga is a style of Vinyasa flow yoga, which links breath to
movement in a continuous flow. This combination builds an internal heat
that heals and revitalizes mind, body and spirit.
