Description

We are here to discuss changing and finalizing the following proposal.

Discussion is to remain objective, constructive, and polite.
(or you will be kicked from the list)

Basically to sum up the proposal:
Division 3 authorizations =
Boffer Single Handed Weapons (BSH)
Boffer Two Handed Weapon (B2H)
Rattan Weapon & Shield (RWS)
Rattan Two Weapons (RTW)
Rattan 2-handed weapons (R2H)

All boffer weapons and boffer rules remain basically the same. (biggest change is removing face thrusting as an authorization and including it as a part of the standard authorizations)
The rattan is in addition to the boffer authorizations and is optional.
People can switch between any authorization they have in Div 3.
Boffer cannot fight against Rattan...Rattan must yield or put rattan down and pick up an authorized boffer form to fight boffer.
Adult Youth Marshals and Parents authorized in Heavy Weapons can fight against Rattan Youths for the purpose of training and authorizing.
