I'm working with a friend in Kansas City who is interested in being a first time ride manager.  The group she is working with is interested in learning about  costs incurred in putting on a ride.  

It's been a while since I put on a ride, so I can guess at the costs, but I was wondering if anyone who is a ride manager on this list had a recent budget from one of their rides. If you have an accounting of expenses and income that would be really helpful. 

  If you could send me info privately that would be good, unless this is something the group would enjoy discussing.  I'm sure there are lot's of regional differences on  types of expenses.
