It also varries by state. In WI, at least 5 years ago, the law said that if you took any compensation, even money for fuel, you had to have all the commercial

That's my initial feeling about the whole thing too...forget about it! Besides, I'm REAL picky about my stuff that's why I don't normally haul anyone for fun
