potential new players, promote the United States Table Hockey Assocation

Carlo Bossio wins in Montreal! It was great to see 6 Americans made the
trip to Montreal to play in this fine event and we thank them all for
their involvement! Here are the USA final placements.

PS: Carlo lost in round 1 2-0 against Lou Marinoff and 4-2 against Kenny
Dubois in round 2. I was the 11th and in last place to make the "A" for
round 2. I one point I was sure to have to play in the "B".

Hello Josh. Nothing knee jerk about this move and it has nothing with the CTHA as ive been moveing my "stuff" tournanents and most postings to Tabke Hockey Heaven for the benifets and exposure for about a year now since myself nd Mr. Klotz have partnered together. Greg is very conserened of the power he has to interject to the ACTHF site and the power he has to interject into the Classic community. That has been his stance wit me from the moment he approached me. Its a tough sell Classic games is as games have to be literally found, bought, shipped and re built. I apreciate his help in some areas and i need him to be a good soldier in others LOL!! I will not have a big dicussion on every single inititive, or well thought idea i have for this federation. Where were all the idea givers and supporters just before this was created by myself??? I was looking high and low! If he does not like the way things are going Gregg can simply run his confederation in his ways that will help Classic games. We need more websites??? LOL!!! More visions???? LOL!! We need more players on nice tables in orginized fashion RIGHT NOW that is ****#1 priority****. Maybe then there will be something real to manage. To do this we need orginizers with top notch equiptment to orginize events in cities nation wide. Lots of vision Talk in this situation is a pipe dream before anything is happening. I herd a by year 2008 vision on the phone the other day and with all due respect i asure you it was a very nice and from the heart dream indeed. It comes very very cheap. Lets see orginizers get games, fix up games to top condition and get guys on the tables playing in orginized fashion. That is what is needed right now. Unitll then any vision is mearly a non realistic Dream that can be cheaply talked about on any website or just away to vent some frustrations. Ive spoken my mind on this and will not take the time to continually re hash it and discuss it over and over. Too busy getting games, fixing up games to top notch level, requiting players for events and orginizing tournaments in a orginized fashion as we move forward. Vision? Gimme a break. #1 Priority stated above is the attack plan. All the while its fun to see others entertain us with toughts and visions. I want to see elbows and asses on the tables ASAP! Lets GO!

Based on a friends suggestion, I  will not be posting a thread
asking for imput. A better idea for reviewing the THH site was put
forth and I  will be looking into the possibilty of taking that

ACTHF ... it shouldn't be a knee-jerk reaction to the CTHA's
decision to move their forum there.

Knowing Warren as I do, I believe he would be very willing to work
with you to leverage the traffic his site receives, and the
comprehensive resources he has compiled to enhance what the ACTHF is
trying to accomplish.  I think if you are able to reach an agreement
that serves the purposes of both THH and the ACTHF, then you will be
in an even stronger position to accomplish points 3, 4, and 5 in
your post.

Hi there Greg, I don't think THH is hard to find your way around
once you get to know it. It just has lots of info :-) - But then I
am biased and of course I know my way around.

It has loaded slowly lately since an upgrade. Keep in mind that
yahoo groups suffer the similar fate... sometimes they load slowly
and sometimes the messages aren't accessible.

The CTHA forum settings weren't set up right. They are now fixed so
members can post there.

Restructuring THH? Maybe... depends on a number of things. Keep in
mind that besides the fourms; the site has over 300 pages and many
features. Takes alot of work to restructure.

The CTHA and ACTHF are just using my forums to host their official
fourms only. So it is pretty straight forward stuff. If they want
more then maybe we can work something out.

I will start a thread on THH asking for site suggestions... and then
go from there.
