For those who couldn't be in Sherbrooke, let me bring the event to
you. 38 were registered, 35 showed up. We started 10-15 minutes later
as we were waiting for 1 person. As usual, 1st classe organisation,
truly the best I'v seen at any tournament.

Play time. My offence is a sleep (my standards) but defensively well,
lets just say 4 goals against in the 1st 8 games, I then go into
energy control as I know it will be a long day, result 7 in the next
3 for a 11 in 11 games.

1st surprise of the event, Gino does not qualify directly to the "A"
group he who finished first in the "A" round robin in Montreal!!!!

Very strong field indeed, only Burt and Greg Peden were not there
among the top 16 that were in Montreal.

Okay, Dany Leclerc has one of his best tournament I beleive finishing
1st in his division, junior having his usual strong showing, and the
ATHL crew having lots of success with Daniel Bordeleau, Michel
Decarie, Eric Larochelle and company making the "A" division directly
as the top 12 made it to then be followed by the top 4 in the "B"
division making it in the A for the play-offs.

Gino, Denis Begin, Alain Gamache and Alex Anoussis rounded up the 13,
14, 15 & 16th spot after round 2

Like I said, there were many turbulent playing events going on in the
play-offs, all of which will be told soon in my continuation story,
can you feel the atmospher a little???? Stay tuned.

I've seen how good Lou Marinoff is on the Coleco game. (I went 0-6-0 against him in Vancouver one day.) This tells me how good the field of players must be in ...
