The ACTHF promotes table hockey events that use American Classic Table Hockey Games. The ACTHF also keeps a player ranking based on performances in those events.

American classic games are mostly built in Canada feature thin (flat) players. Although the most famous models were made by Coleco and Munro in the 70's and 80's the ACTHF includes Best of Seven / BOS, Coleco, Munro, Henry, Irwin Toys, Itoys Eagle Toys games in their events.
