Amen!  It boarders on criminal activity (which I believe is the case in some HIV cases).  Of course, proving knowledge of the disease, who had it first, etc. is very hard to get.  While personal responsibility is vital, the onus of disclosure is on  the carrier.

Those women are 1) Idiots for having unprotected sex, 2) Very LUCKY that the only thing contracted was a benign virus (don't think worse can happen to you?
