This is a preliminary notification and not a match announcement (so do not hit the reply button to signup).

 

Thank you for your responses to my query yesterday. We now have a plan for Sunday 4/19/09.

 

There will be a 12 stage (in your face) short range IDPA match in the morning.  Those who want it will have   the opportunity to shoot this match twice.  There will then be a lunch break for those who want it. 

 

Beginning at about 2:30, we will reserve 2 bays for a classifier (the classifier received the most votes in the survey). 

 

For the third bay, we plan to have 1 or 2 practice stages, including a stage with a real door with a working knob (to provide a change from the wooden bianchi barricade that looks as old as I am and that we have been using as a knock down door).  The plate rack match (which received the fewest votes in the survey) will be reserved for our rainy days.

 

The sign up announcement will come out 10 days before the match.
