The Kidspeed + Developing Speed DVD has just been released.
It includes the original Kidspeed Video footage as well as extra footage of more advanced activities explained in Developing Speed.
The activities covered on both video programs however will be of value to any Developing Sprinter and not only to young athletes.
The DVD is produced in DVD+R format at this stage which means it will play on DVD players that can play DVD+R discs. It will play on any computer that has a DVD drive.
The DVD will also have on it - all my personally authored other e-books.
