GPS Speed Trials

The club plans to try out the following format to establish some baseline LOCAL
speed records using GPS receivers. Good reliable and accurate speed measuring
units are readily available as low priced as $200 Aus.
We will be recording competitors maximum speeds on a daily basis throughout the
weekend in 9 different "classes..
Other classes, including junior classes, will be considered if contacted 30 days
beforehand by the owner of the yacht.

or aluminium alloy mast. A 1000mm internal stiffener is permitted at the base of
the mast. Body uncovered from above.
