Dennis at www.murrays.com go to the catalog section for catamarans and dinghys and there you will find Part # 07-06011 which is the European batten adjuster most of us use.  I add the small 5mm? wingnut to it and use a small black (lasts longer in the sun) tirewrap to keep it on the batten.  The alternative to the tiewrap is notching the end of the batten if long enough (fiberglass stock Manta batten).  Relax the adjuster when removing the sail from the mast for storage.  Here is that webpage :  http://www.murrays.com/archive/38-39.pdf
on Page 39 you will find that adjuster and batten pocket protectors that most of us install to protect the batten pocket from wearing out at the mast luff tube.  Mark
