The Pacific Rim Regatta is sort of a World Championship for half the world. It
rotates between the US, New Zealand, Australia on a somewhat irregular basis.
Normally the Spring event at Ivanpah is the America's Landsailing Cup. This
year it's special because the US is hosting the PacRim.
